About the Role

You’ll join a talented cross-functional product environment, working alongside UX researchers, UI designers, developers, and product owners.

You’ll be at the heart of the product creation process, from early ideation to production-ready interfaces, ensuring every customer journey is seamless, intuitive, and efficient.

Your focus will be on UX flows and interface design, not branding.

You’ll define how users interact with the product across web and app platforms, using design systems to maintain clarity and consistency.

What You’ll Do

• Design UX flows, interfaces, and interaction patterns that bring digital products to life.
• Work closely with UX researchers, developers, and Product Owners in agile feature teams.
• Create and maintain components that contribute to the broader design system.
• Translate complex requirements into clear, user-friendly experiences.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure a unified UX approach and consistent look & feel.
• Support and mentor mid-level designers, raising the design maturity of the team.
• Bring a business-oriented mindset to create user-centric solutions that drive value.

What We’re Looking For

• Senior UX designer with 8+ years of experience in digital product design.
• Proven expertise in flows and interface design (web and mobile).
• Strong understanding of design systems (Radix UI / React experience is a plus).
• Understanding of UX research within remote setups (Lookback a plus).
• Basic technical understanding of HTML5 and CSS – you can speak the developers’ language.
• Collaborative spirit: able to convince, inspire, and align with stakeholders.
• Experience in mentoring or guiding junior designers is a plus.
• Fluent in English (and Dutch or French).
