Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end service design tracks across business domains.
  • Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders around value propositions, service blueprints, and strategic outcomes.
  • Translate business requirements and customer insights into clear, actionable service flows and experiences.
  • Map and optimize end-to-end cross-channel service journeys.
  • Identify systemic challenges and opportunities across business units or functions.
  • Collaborate with UX, PO, tech, and data teams to ensure services are desirable, viable, and feasible.
  • Support business case development and MVP definition.

Must-Haves

  • 4+ years in business design, service design, or strategy roles.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms, B2B services, or public sector ecosystems.
  • Strong facilitation, systems thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficient in Miro/Mural, blueprinting, and service design methodologies.

2. Service User Experience Designer

We’re hiring a Service UX Designer to lead the user experience across critical service journeys. This role is ideal for a systems thinker who can go beyond screens and shape how people experience services end-to-end — across touchpoints, time, and channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design cross-channel service experiences, from digital interfaces to human interactions.
  • Collaborate with service designers and researchers to translate service blueprints into detailed UX solutions.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, and interaction models that reflect real service conditions.
  • Facilitate co-design sessions with internal teams and external users.
  • Design with empathy for edge cases, accessibility, and different user types.
  • Define UX success metrics and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Must-Haves

  • 4+ years of UX design experience in service environments.
  • Strong command of Figma, user flow mapping, and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience designing within complex enterprise or B2B systems.
  • Familiarity with research synthesis, journey mapping, and UX strategy.

4. User Experience and User Interface Designer (UX/UI Designer)

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who can take insights from user research and bring them to life through elegant, scalable interfaces. You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and researchers to deliver high-impact digital experiences for enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate user needs into intuitive interfaces and design system components.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, interaction flows, and pixel-perfect UIs.
  • Work within a design system and contribute to its evolution.
  • Design for responsive web platforms and data-heavy enterprise interfaces.
  • Support accessibility and usability standards throughout the design lifecycle.
  • Partner with developers to ensure feasibility and design fidelity.

Must-Haves

  • 3–5 years of experience designing interfaces for complex digital products.
  • Mastery of Figma and design systems (e.g., Material, Carbon, custom design libraries).
  • Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with tech teams.
