We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team of artificial intelligence experts. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative AI projects that utilize state-of-the-art technologies, including GPT, Azure AI services, and advanced AI techniques. Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, you will create tailored solutions that address unique challenges while pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence.

- End-to-End AI Development:
- Prototype scenarios that span AI to UX for end users.
- Optimize AI performance through effective prompt engineering.
- Design and implement solutions using Azure OpenAI & other Azure services.
- Leverage data and AI tools to design intelligent solutions that meet feature requirements.
- Integrate Azure AI services with existing systems.
- Documentation:
- Ensure clear documentation of code, processes, and workflows.
- Collaboration & Co-Creation:
- Understand project requirements and AI architecture through close teamwork.
- Work with design and product teams to translate customer needs into technical software and AI solutions.
- Co-create use cases with businesses that can harness generative AI.
- Educate technical and business leaders on generative AI usage and capabilities.
- Technological Awareness:
- Stay updated with AI and machine learning trends, continually improving your knowledge with training.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure best practices in development.
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing AI projects, particularly with OpenAI and large language models.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of pre-trained language models, especially GPT.
- Expertise in Agentic Approach (OpenAI Agent SDK, MCP Tools).
- Proficient in programming with Python.
- Experience with API development and integration of RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Azure AI services and cloud architecture, including Azure Functions and SQL databases.
- Experience with Business Intelligence processes and ETL/ELT development.
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive mindset in finding solutions and taking initiative.
- Detail-oriented with a strong adherence to software development standards, particularly DevOps practices.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in Dutch or French and English.
- Innovative Projects: Engage in cutting-edge AI projects that challenge the status quo.
