Global Consultancy based in Bruges are looking for It Project Manager with Infrastructure Specialism.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead shared services integration projects following company acquisitions. Our client acquires approximately two companies annually, each requiring onboarding into the global IT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead Solution Architect to conduct due diligence on newly acquired entities and assess current technical landscapes
• Define integration models, prepare estimates, timelines, dependencies, and deliver Project Charters outlining migration strategies, milestones, and governance
• Drive and coordinate implementation of standardised IT services across acquired affiliates
• Manage communication and alignment between IT/management (SteerCo meetings), acquired affiliate teams, and lead solution architect and domain coordinators
• Monitor project progress, risks, and quality standards throughout planning and execution phases
• Promote best practices and process improvements to ensure increasingly smooth integrations over time
• Oversee both planning and execution of integration projects, ensuring standardized onboarding processes across all technical domains

Job Requirements

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience in large-scale infrastructure or M&A integration projects
• Proven expertise in Active Directory integration, Azure Landing Zone setup, and network/firewall configurations
• Strong background in remote connectivity solutions, wireless infrastructure deployment, and endpoint management
• Experience managing laptop staging, rollout programs, and IT support service transitions
• Willing to travel occasionally for due diligence activities and integration support at affiliate locations
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams in complex organizational environments
