Ads and More is a user-acquisition agency focused on promoting apps and we are looking for someone to join our international team of Account Managers as we grow into new markets and expand our client base very fast.

We are looking currently for an Account Manager for a remote position, so the applicant can be from anywhere in Europe.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of several accounts and often being the face of the company to all clients in all business and operational matters
  • Daily campaign performance analytics and optimization
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet your monthly KPIs
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Continually monitor and analyze user acquisition data attributed to different sources; learn and employ critical insights for ongoing performance improvement and to maximize ROI through scale and process optimization
  • Fast responsiveness.



Requirements:

  • BA/BSc degree Marketing, Business Administration or anything related with the Ad-Tech Industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency is required
  • “Hunter” personality - you will constantly look for new opportunities to grow your business and accounts by being actively engaged with your customers
  • Team player skilled at motivating employees and colleagues; task and goal oriented
  • Positive customer success understanding and ability to maintain long term business relationships with international clients
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail; the sharp attention to details is very, very important
  • Willing to develop your client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and sales abilities
