We are looking currently for an Account Manager for a remote position, so the applicant can be from anywhere in Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of several accounts and often being the face of the company to all clients in all business and operational matters
- Daily campaign performance analytics and optimization
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet your monthly KPIs
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Continually monitor and analyze user acquisition data attributed to different sources; learn and employ critical insights for ongoing performance improvement and to maximize ROI through scale and process optimization
- Fast responsiveness.
Requirements:
- BA/BSc degree Marketing, Business Administration or anything related with the Ad-Tech Industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency is required
- “Hunter” personality - you will constantly look for new opportunities to grow your business and accounts by being actively engaged with your customers
- Team player skilled at motivating employees and colleagues; task and goal oriented
- Positive customer success understanding and ability to maintain long term business relationships with international clients
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail; the sharp attention to details is very, very important
- Willing to develop your client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and sales abilities
