As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll be at the heart of bringing Wonderful to life for enterprise customers. You’ll turn ambitious AI visions into operational reality - leading complex implementations, managing cross-functional alignment, and ensuring every launch delivers measurable impact.

• Own and lead the delivery of Wonderful to enterprise customers
• Scope and define requirements, success metrics and integration plans for complex POCs and onboardings
• Lead platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement to drive successful production launches
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Client teams to align on deliverables, timelines & SLAs
• Monitor and analyze AI agents performance in production
• Identify and develop new AI use-cases with customers to expand impact and adoption rates.

• 2-5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager; or 
• ~4 years experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or fast-growing startup
• Fluent in English, written & spoken
• Strong project-management and communication skills
• Comfortable working with APIs, data flows, and change-management processes
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and a passion for AI
• B.Sc. in Computer Science (or a related technical field) with a GPA of 90+.
• Experience in a startup in a Hyper-growth stage - a big Plus
