Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced project manager to support the maturity of Third-Party ICT Risk Management controls and contribute to the development of a new resilience strategy. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across the bank to enhance risk frameworks, improve data governance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mature the bank’s Third-Party ICT Risk Management controls in line with industry standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Support the mapping of business products and services to processes, ICT applications, and third-party ICT service providers.
  • Enhance and conduct Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Prepare decision materials and outline requests for steering committees and governance forums.
  • Assess the bank’s ICT control framework to ensure alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the development of a new resilience strategy and support its implementation.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
  • Strong proficiency in developing high-quality PowerPoint and decision-making materials.
  • Solid skills in Excel and financial planning.
  • Relevant certifications in Risk and/or Project Management (e.g., SAFe, Prince2, ISACA, CISSP, CRISC).
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Technical & Tool Proficiency:

  • Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, and PPM tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory implementation projects and/or business architecture.
  • Ability to analyze data-related issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.

Data Governance & ITS Compliance:

  • Understanding of data management principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of data governance and quality principles, including validation, cleansing, and normalization.
  • Ability to support compliance with ITS requirements on the Information Register.
