🚀 Talent Acquisition Coordinator (m/f/d) - Onboarding & New Hire Experience

About the Role


Join our dynamic People Strategy and Operations Talent Acquisition team! As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be the cornerstone of a positive and seamless new-hire experience. You will manage the entire candidate journey from post-offer acceptance through their initial days with the company, ensuring every new team member feels engaged, informed, and welcomed. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional to make a significant impact on our talent onboarding success.


Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)


  • Candidate Engagement & Warmth: Implement and manage our Post Offer Engagement Program, ensuring candidates are kept "warm" and engaged in the period leading up to their start date.
  • Onboarding & Induction: Design and deliver comprehensive induction programs and orientation sessions, ensuring new joiners are acquainted with company culture, values, policies, and procedures.
  • Administrative Diligence: Coordinate and ensure the timely completion of all new hire paperwork, contracts, benefits enrollment, and compliance documents by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Compliance Checks: Work directly with candidates to ensure all necessary pre-hire and post-offer checks (due diligence processes) are completed accurately before their start date.
  • Continuous Improvement: Track new joiner progress, gather feedback (especially during the first 90 days), and proactively recommend enhancements to our existing onboarding programs based on industry best practices.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous, organized hard and soft copies of all New Hire Documentation to enable smooth internal and external audits.
  • Support & Guidance: Act as a central point of contact for new joiners and provide initial HR-related guidance and training to new team leaders.


Minimum Requirements (What You'll Bring)


  • Experience: Bachelor's degree coupled with 4+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Skills: A strong eye for detail and a highly process-oriented approach to your work.


Preferred Requirements (Bonus Points)


  • Demonstrated experience (minimum 4 years) specifically in New Hire Onboarding and/or Candidate Care.
