Senior Cyber Security Consultant – Industrial OT / IT

Join a global Biopharma player on a strategic cybersecurity program covering two production sites in EU.

As Senior Cyber Security Consultant, you will work as an independent expert, supporting corporate and site security teams to strengthen the protection of OT, IT, and BMS systems in accordance with global governance and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Document and align local cyber security protocols with global corporate standards

Provide technical guidance for OT/IT control implementation and risk mitigation

Create and maintain incident response procedures and vulnerability remediation plans

Develop local cybersecurity policies to ensure regulatory compliance

Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation actions

Design awareness and training materials for site employees

Prepare compliance reports and documentation for internal/external audits

Align with vendors to ensure adherence to global cybersecurity requirements

Report findings and insights to senior stakeholders

Experience

8+ years in Cybersecurity, ideally in industrial / OT environments

OT Security, ICS/SCADA, Network Segmentation, Incident Response, GRC

ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST CSF, GxP

Fluent English (German a plus)

CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
