As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be part of a global, cross-functional team building robust and scalable applications that power a leading HR and payroll SaaS platform. You will contribute across the entire development lifecycle—from discovery to deployment—crafting high-quality code that enhances user experience and operational efficiency. Working alongside engineers, product managers, and designers, you'll deliver innovative solutions used by thousands of customers worldwide. Accountabilities:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Express
Implement server-side APIs, business logic, and data models to support product functionality and performance
Create reusable front-end components, hooks, and tests to ensure maintainable and scalable solutions
Build and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and interactions
Participate actively in product planning, code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards
Collaborate closely with back-end, front-end, and QA engineers to deliver seamless customer experiences
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve the development process

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of full-stack development experience, ideally within a SaaS or cloud environment
Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js/Express frameworks
Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with PostgreSQL or similar databases
Strong understanding of software testing and quality assurance (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Storybook)
Familiarity with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and asynchronous programming
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, multicultural team
Passion for solving complex technical problems and delivering exceptional user experiences
Bonus: Experience with Next.js, NestJS, Vite, or large-scale SaaS applications
