We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join us at this pivotal stage. This is a chance to influence technical direction, shape best practices, and see your work make a direct impact as we bring new products to life.

Role Description

You will be a core member of our product engineering team, responsible for designing, building, and releasing high-quality applications. You’ll own the full development lifecycle—from feature design through to deployment and monitoring—while helping establish release and branching strategies to support product growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver new product features using JavaScript/Node.js and modern frameworks.
• Contribute to front-end and back-end development for customer-facing applications.
• Define and implement branching models, release pipelines, and version control best practices to enable smooth product delivery.
• Working with Architecture function to deploy solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Orchestrate services and deployments with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to refine requirements and create intuitive, performant solutions.
• Champion quality through testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Contribute to the product development culture, advocating for engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• Strong skills in JavaScript/Node.js (back-end and API development).
• Experience with a modern front-end framework (React preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
• Proven experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Practical understanding of release management and branching strategies (Gitflow, trunk-based, or similar).
• Track record of delivering features and shipping production code.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working in product-focused teams, ideally early-stage or greenfield projects.
• Knowledge of microservices, serverless, or event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability for products.
