The Deal & You

I am looking for a Software Engineer who loves building scalable products that power real-world impact in the media marketplace and SaaS spaces.

You’ll join an already-existing collaborative team within a global, well-known and well-established tech organisation that will scale their local dev teams 3-fold in the next 12 months, working on systems that handle millions of data points daily, from ad-delivery to AI-driven optimisation...and a few other bits and bobs.

You’re best of the best and someone who guides and elevates others. You enjoy mentoring teammates, sharing knowledge, and helping people grow. You believe the best tech outcomes come from empowered teams.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build and scale services across Reach and AWS platforms
• Work on complex backend systems powering digital media and SaaS tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, AI) to ship features fast (and sometimes slow, depending on the product)
• Contribute to ongoing AI tech development projects that enhance product intelligence
• Mentor junior engineers and influence engineering best practices

Experience

• Solid experience in React, Python, AWS, and distributed systems (otherwise tech-agnostic so bring your best!)
• Background in media, AdTech, or marketplace platforms
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop engineers
• Exposure to AI-driven or data-intensive product development
• A pragmatic mindset, you value clean, testable code but also shipping quickly

The Offer:

• €150-170k base / appropriate daily rate (depending on experience)
