At O'Brien's Wine, we're passionate about what we do, and we're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Part Time Sales Assistant to join our team. If you're someone who loves great wine, has a knack for customer service, and is eager to learn, we'd love to meet you!

You must be flexible for morning and evening shifts

About the Role:

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the store's daily operations while delivering exceptional service to our customers. You'll be the face of O'Brien's, helping customers find the perfect wine and ensuring that our store runs smoothly.

Your Responsibilities:

• Complete tasks assigned by management to the highest standards, following company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Accurately operate the till system and handle transactions.
• Keep stock levels up to date and well-organized.
• Maintain high merchandising standards, ensuring the store is always presentable.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to better assist customers.
