Test Consultant – Contract – Dublin – Hybrid

• Experience in software testing with
• Test leadership or test architecture role ideally in banking or financial services domain
• Proven experience establishing and governing testing strategies for complex, multi-team environments
• Experience with mobile application testing (iOS/Android), preferably React Native
• Track record of implementing shift-left testing practices
• Experience coordinating testing across multiple agile teams or value streams

Technical Skills

• Understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices
• Understanding of API testing and backend testing
• Knowledge of the test pyramid and balanced testing approaches
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates
• Understanding of non-functional testing (performance, accessibility, security)
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools
• Experience with metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision making
• Knowledge of risk-based testing methodologies

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• High level of gravitas and C level stakeholder interaction
• Ability to influence
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders
• Experience making and defending go/no-go decisions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Experience with React Native and mobile app testing
• Background in Agile/SAFe methodologies
• Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies
