Elusav Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Autodesk Administrator with a leading European engineering contractor based in Dublin.


The Autodesk Administrator will become an integral part of the company's expanding Digital Transformation Team. As a member of Group's Digital Transformation department, your role will involve all Admin related tasks within our Autodesk Platforms to better support our operations teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Assigning required licenses to all users of our Autodesk account.
  • Controlling all licenses and making users inactive where applicable.
  • Creating all group level Companies in line with group & project expectations.
  • Creating and setting up all projects within our Autodesk Account.
  • Archiving Projects in lie with group expectations.
  • Assist with all Autodesk email tickets and provide prompt response to originators.
  • Be the central point of contact for the creation and maintenance of all checklists & forms across the environment (Commissioning, Quality & EHS).
  • Assist all project teams to formally set up, Commissioning, Quality & EHS environments.
  • Assistance with day-to-day activities, helping develop SOP's, training, Document creation etc.


Requirements:

  • BIM360 & Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) experience.
  • PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Experience with audits desirable.
  • Document management experience.
  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry.
