Are you an experienced Microsoft/Linux Engineer with a strong background in cloud security and infrastructure? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global financial services organization, working within a high-performing IT Security team that drives enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives and incident response.


About the Role

As a Senior IT Security Analyst, you’ll play a key role in engineering and maintaining an enterprise-class hybrid cloud infrastructure. You’ll work as part of the internal Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT), contributing to investigations and ongoing security improvements across cloud and on-prem environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy solutions.
  • Manage Active Directory design, replication, and backup/restore procedures.
  • Collaborate with Security Architects to develop and deploy secure cloud solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cloud security controls.
  • Create and manage scripts/automation to streamline security audits, configurations, and risk assessments.
  • Monitor and enhance cloud infrastructure to ensure strong security posture.
  • Participate in cyber incident investigations, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.
  • Maintain clear documentation for systems, processes, and security tools.
  • Work within structured change management and ticketing systems.

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience across Linux and Windows environments.
  • 3+ years’ experience in enterprise-scale cloud security.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Linux security principles.
  • Skilled in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • Familiar with DevOps methodologies and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. RHCSA, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Security, MCSE) are highly desirable.
