🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed contract and project programmes for structural steel projects from tender to completion.
- Produce monthly progress reports, tracking milestones, productivity, and resource utilisation.
- Analyse project data and trends to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to align planning with operational delivery.
- Oversee all scheduling and reporting requirements for tenders and live projects to the highest professional standard.
- Engage with clients, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Conduct short- and medium-term planning reviews, identifying potential risks and recovery options.
- Challenge methodologies and drive innovation to optimise project performance and efficiency.
✅ Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project planning within construction or structural steel.
- Proficient with ASTA Power Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and travel to project sites as required.
