We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is a client-facing leadership role where you will manage programme, budget, commercial monitoring and site performance — ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standard.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, procurement, delivery, handover.
  • Prepare and manage project programmes, cost plans and project documentation.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and suppliers on site.
  • Drive a strong safety culture; ensure all works comply with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Maintain high-level client relationships and participate in progress meetings.
  • Monitor project performance: quality, cost control, resources and risk management.
  • Coordinate design teams, consultants and site teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage project reporting (commercial updates, cost forecasting, risk registers).


Essential Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within construction / building / civil engineering.
  • Proven delivery of commercial, healthcare, education or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong commercial and contractual understanding (cost tracking, variations, claims).
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to plan and deliver multiple phases to tight deadlines.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
