We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is a client-facing leadership role where you will manage programme, budget, commercial monitoring and site performance — ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, procurement, delivery, handover.
- Prepare and manage project programmes, cost plans and project documentation.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and suppliers on site.
- Drive a strong safety culture; ensure all works comply with Health & Safety regulations.
- Maintain high-level client relationships and participate in progress meetings.
- Monitor project performance: quality, cost control, resources and risk management.
- Coordinate design teams, consultants and site teams to resolve technical issues.
- Manage project reporting (commercial updates, cost forecasting, risk registers).
Essential Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within construction / building / civil engineering.
- Proven delivery of commercial, healthcare, education or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding (cost tracking, variations, claims).
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to plan and deliver multiple phases to tight deadlines.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
