Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects for our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be the key point of contact for our clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. You will interact and coordinate daily with both internal and external teams, requiring excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

This role will require and challenge you to:

  • Coordinate and Complete Projects: You will be responsible for the coordination and successful completion of projects.
  • Project Ownership: You will own all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and driving the project forward. You will act as the single point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build Relationships: You will build deep relationships with Forsta’s Surveys customers.
  • Customer Service Excellence: You will exemplify exceptional customer service skills by truly understanding customer requests and nurturing their accounts with the use of Forsta products.
  • Status Updates: You will provide continual updates to management regarding the status of projects and accounts.
  • Business Growth: You will grow the business with existing customers.
  • Project Management: You will manage customer projects from start to finish, including writing proposals, full project execution, and project invoicing.
  • Team Coordination: You will coordinate support from internal teams and vendors.
  • Daily Interactions: You will interact daily with customers, vendors, and internal departments via phone and email.
  • Client Solutions: You will be the main point of contact for key accounts, providing solutions to support client needs in a timely manner and driving the day-to-day business.
  • Client Immersion: You will immerse yourself in clients' businesses, understanding their challenges, objectives, external economic environment, and industries. You will also know their business model, how it is performing, and what success looks like.

Qualifications

  • Education: You have a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: You bring over 3 years of experience in Market Research or CX project management, and over 4 years in project management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in Panel Field Management or the Advertising industry is a plus.
  • Platform Proficiency: Previous experience with the Forsta Surveys (Decipher) platform is a plus.
  • Project Management: Account/Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Salesforce, Teamwork, Jira, and Slack is a plus.
  • Professionalism: You have a professional demeanor with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Customer Service: You have a demonstrated track record of success in outstanding customer service.
  • Relationship Building: You are capable of developing and maintaining long-term business partnerships with clients.
  • Multitasking: You excel at multitasking and effectively managing all responsibilities attached to your role.
