Role Title: Junior Project Coordinator
Role Type: Permanent
Yearly Pay: $80,000 to $120,000 + Super
Location: Sydney CBD (2000)/WFH Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Risk and Decision Register
- Collect and consolidate information from various teams to compile the weekly Sprint Reports.
- Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered on time.
- Coordinate Preparation of Fortnightly Governance Board meeting
- Write Minutes and Actions During Key Meetings:
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar position
- Knowledge of risk management, risk matrices and governance processes (desired)
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Jira proficiency required (desired)
