We are looking for a UX Designer with a strong user-centered mindset and the ability to translate business needs and user insights into simple, intuitive, and valuable digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, UI Designers, Developers, and business stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions for web and/or mobile applications.
Project length - 6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, behavior analysis, benchmarking).
- Define personas, user journeys, use cases, flows, and information architecture.
- Create wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and run usability testing sessions.
- Collaborate with the UI team to ensure consistency with the existing Design System.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to iteratively improve the user experience.
- Contribute to UX processes and help spread a user-centered culture across the organization.
- Present and defend design solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of UX Design experience for digital products (more for senior roles).
- Strong experience with Figma.
- Proficiency with tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, or similar.
- Solid understanding of UX methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean UX, Agile UX).
- Ability to build interactive prototypes and perform usability tests.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, GA4, Mixpanel) and product metrics.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end concepts for collaboration with developers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have / Optional
- Experience in UI Design or contributing to a design system.
- Knowledge of Accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
- Portfolio including detailed case studies (not just visual mockups).
- Experience with user testing platforms (Maze, Lookback, UserTesting.com).
