Program Overview
A leading commercial organisation are embarking on a transformative program to uplift their business performance management framework, data ingestion and reporting across the organisation. This initiative aims to build a 'balanced scorecard' to ensure consistency and alignment in performance reporting across all business units.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact program that will shape the future of data ingestion and reporting for the organisation. You'll work with a diverse range of stakeholders and have the chance to make a significant difference in how the organisation operates.
Location: North Ryde (3 days on-site)
Contract Duration: Initially through to EOFY 2025, with a strong likelihood of extension due to the significant scope of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the program to develop and implement a balanced scorecard across four key business units.
- Engage with stakeholders across the business units to gather feedback and ensure their needs and priorities are reflected in the balanced scorecard.
- Work closely with the program sponsor and stakeholders to drive the program forward.
- Establish governance structures and refine the scope of the program, currently in the initiation phase.
- Focus on data ingestion and consolidation, bringing disparate data points from various sources into a unified reporting framework.
- Collaborate with an external data consultancy to consolidate and standardize data into a central PowerBI environment, reducing the current 11,000 dashboards to a unified data hub.
- Utilise a finance SME for data gathering and analysis tasks as needed.
- Navigate and manage stakeholder engagement challenges, particularly with business units that are less aligned with the program's goals.
- Adapt to and manage the pace of the project, employing Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

Experience Required
- A seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record of end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong ability to engage and hold conversations with executives, demonstrating high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Deep understanding of finance, particularly financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and data management.
- Expertise in data ingestion and consolidation, with the ability to integrate disparate data points into a cohesive reporting structure.
- Proficiency in KPIs, metrics, and performance goals.
- Solid background in finance, business processes, and operations.
- Ability to liaise with IT and external data consultancies to consolidate data into a central hub.
