Position: Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate IT and cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion;
• Actively search for new clients, identify business opportunities, and drive sales growth;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners;
• Prepare and present project proposals and progress reports to decision-makers;
• Participate in negotiations and conclude long-term cooperation agreements;
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings;
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Latvian and English — mandatory;
• Russian language knowledge will be considered an advantage;
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity project management or sales;
• Understanding of the IT/cybersecurity services market and B2B processes;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
• Experience in coordinating teams and managing long-term client relationships.

Net salary: €1200 per month (after taxes).
