Your Mission

We're on a hunt for an Engineering Lead to drive the technical direction of our game delivery. You’ll set up architecture, processes, and a team culture that balances creativity with engineering discipline. You’ll be the bridge between concept and execution — ensuring everything we build works, scales, and feels great.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a small cross-functional development team
• Architect and design systems for scalable, high-performance games
• Set up development pipelines, testing, and CI/CD infrastructure
• Work closely with product and design to define technical feasibility and scope
• Ensure best practices in version control, code quality, and documentation
• Participate in technical hiring and shaping the engineering culture

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in software engineering (preferably in iGaming)
• Experience in utilizing and building AI Tools
• Strong background in frontend and backend architecture
• Experience leading engineering teams
• Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or similar stack)
• Familiarity with Unity, WebGL, or custom gaming frameworks
• Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
• Experience in real-time systems or game servers is a plus
• Excellent communication, planning, and collaboration skills
• Fluent business English proficiency
• Work experience within iGaming industry is a plus

The salary range for this position is €6,000 – €8,000 gross/month.

Our Interview process is simple and straightforward - a quick HR Sync, followed by up to 2 technical interviews and an optional assignment (only if needed and if mutually agreed).
