iToDEV – a super awesome mega cool IT company was established in 2006 (19 years and counting. That means, we know what we are doing). Our team with 40+ equally awesome people works on interesting, challenging and useful WEB systems and mobile apps development projects for our Lithuanian and foreign clients.

  • Grows constantly and never stops finding ways how to make the world a better place. Company’s world, team’s world, client’s world, personal world… all worlds!

What we expect from Project Managers:

  • 2+ years experience in IT project management. If you can still smile after this, you’re probably the one we’re looking for.
  • Agile. Not only that it is cool. But why? When? Who?
  • English. Do you speak it ….? Do you write it as well? Because you should.
  • Proactivity. Yep, you need that one. Or maybe you just have a 6th sense? That will do.
  • Communication is the key to everything. Yey or ney? P.S. It should be yay! And cut the bulls*it, be transparent, and work shoulder to shoulder with the team and the client.
  • Splendid planning skills! Planning of your time, team time, and project time. If you think that 9 women can give birth to a child in one month, think twice :)
  • Independence. Yep, that will come to great use in everyday life. Don’t get us wrong, help is just around the corner, and will be there when needed, just ask!
  • Analytical thinking and courage are also something that we would expect. It takes some bal*s to say to the client - Nope, this idea is bad. But analytical thinking will kick in and you will say - but if we adjust it that way, it will be awesome!

  • Some certificates are at the back of your drawer. And if they are related to project management, time management, communication skills, or multitasking - ding ding ding - we have a candidate!
  • Experience with long-term projects and big teams. Let’s say something like 8 people team, two years project?
  • Ability to walk out of hazard without a scratch! Because sometimes, things get rough :)
  • Friendship with numbers, EazyBI, and maybe Excel. We have things pretty automated, but sometimes it might come to use.
