As a Marketing Data Analytics Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Hostinger's data-driven marketing strategy. You will build and lead a team of marketing data analysts to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, raising the bar for quality and speed of delivery. You will own and enhance the quality of data-driven decision-making in the marketing team.

You will build and lead a team of marketing data analysts to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, raising the bar for quality and speed of delivery. You will own and enhance the quality of data-driven decision-making in the marketing team.

Your day-to-day
- Take ownership and boost the quality of data-driven decision-making in the marketing team
- Oversee execution of analytics projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery that drives tangible business outcomes
- Build, lead, and inspire a team of brilliant and highly motivated analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and curiosity
- Collaborate with key marketing team stakeholders to understand their data analytics needs, requirements, and priorities
- Refine project needs effectively, prioritize the backlog, build and communicate delivery timelines, and ensure that resources are allocated appropriately
- Be one step ahead in applying industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics & data science, driving innovation within the team
- Strong hiring, onboarding, and leadership skills with a focus on motivating and developing your team to achieve their full potential
- A relentless drive for achieving ambitious goals through data analysis, coupled with uncompromising standards for quality and speed of delivery
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, channel performance differences, and marketing attribution concepts
- Extensive hands-on data analytics experience, with proficiency in SQL & Data visualization tools (we use Tableau)
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of translating complex data into impactful business decisions
- Stakeholder management experience with effective collaboration within the marketing team

- Gross salary from 6000 EUR/month, depending on your experience and skills
