COSMOTE Global Solutions, as a member of OTE Group of Companies, is an ICT Systems Integrator delivering a broad range of ICT Solutions and Services.

CGS provides a broad range of ICT Services focusing on: Cloud, Data Centre operations, Networking, Cybersecurity, BI and Data Warehouse, Big Data, Service Desk, Proactive Monitoring, Operations and Support, Service Management, Project and Programme Management, and Professional Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze project specifications,
  • Develop effective strategies and test plans including design and estimation of test cases,
  • Create and execute tests (automated and manual) and analyze results,
  • Programming test automation using Java, Katalon, Selenium, TestNG
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams & assist in troubleshooting issues and reproduction steps,
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle,
  • Coordinate testing team activities during release & post-release testing

Requirements

  • Master's degree in IT, Computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience as a Test Engineer, with a focus on automation testing
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proven experience as a Test Engineer, with a focus on automation testing
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and provide efficient solutions
  • Proven experience in test design and test execution
  • Proven experience in quality assurance
  • Proven ability to work in Agile teams (ISTQB AGILE Certified Tester or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance in large (more than 500 employees) organizations, in the credit risk and compliance areas
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automation scripting (Katalon and selenium TestNG)
  • Experience in QA coordination or test manager position
