Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic GP3-GP4 Business Analyst (Production Support Level 2-3) :

• Provide Level 3 production support for the GP4 (NeoXam) platform, investigating complex incidents, performing root cause analysis, and delivering sustainable solutions.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize system workflows to ensure availability, data integrity, and performance across Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated GP4 issues, collaborating with IT, operations, and external vendors where needed.
• Execute and validate fixes, enhancements, and patches, ensuring compliance with change management and release governance.
• Support data reconciliation and migration activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency across connected systems.
• Document incident resolution processes, create knowledge base articles, and provide training to Level 1/2 teams to reduce escalations.
• Participate in UAT, regression testing, and post-deployment validation of GP4 and related system integrations.
• Contribute to automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives for GP4 and its ecosystem.

How do we imagine our future GP3-GP4 Business Analyst (Production Support Level 2-3) ?

• 5–8 years of experience working with Global Portfolio GP3 & GP4 (NeoXam), with proven L3 production support expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency operations.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for troubleshooting, queries, and data validation.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and ability to write/execute basic Shell scripts.
• Experience with related tools such as GPA (NeoXam), SmartStream TLM Reconciliations, and internal systems like GTAS/eFund Services, soweh, CRPP, FFAA, FUMA, PAC.
• Solid background in incident, problem, and change management processes within a regulated environment.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to issue resolution and system stability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams, both technical and business.
• Fluency in English is required; German is a strong asset, French a plus.
