Fincons is looking for a C++ Developer
đź“Ś Main tasks:
- Collaborate with operational experts to analyze requirements and design innovative software solutions.
- Develop and implement complex software changes, including prototyping, documentation, unit testing, and automation.
- Diagnose and fix technical and operational issues, modifying existing source code as needed.
- Review source code and documentation produced by other developers.
- Contribute to safety and security assessments and produce technical papers.
- Manage software development work packages, including planning and effort estimation.
âś… Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Software development.
- Designing large-scale applications (>100 kSLOC) with complex algorithms.
- C++ development, including recent standards and safety-critical environments (e.g., SWAL 3).
- Strong command of English (C1/B2).
- Experience working collaboratively in diverse teams (minimum 2 examples required).

On-site presence in Maastricht (NL) is required 3 times per week
