We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to join our innovative Agentic AI Center of Excellence team in Barcelona.
This hybrid role will be instrumental in driving the vision, coordination, and delivery of our AI-powered digital platform, designed to optimize and automate key operations and processes for our clients and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will combine strong product management fundamentals with a solid understanding of AI-driven solutions, data workflows, and agile delivery. You will act as the bridge between business, technical, and design teams — ensuring that product development aligns with our strategic priorities, delivers measurable value, and scales efficiently across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with group transformation goals.
- Translate business and accounting process requirements (P2P, O2C, R2R, consolidation, etc.) into clear product objectives and user stories.
- Prioritize initiatives and manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner, development team, and business stakeholders.
Execution & Delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (AI engineers, full-stack developers, UX/UI, business experts) throughout the product lifecycle.
- Oversee sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage and monitor AI and automation features from ideation to deployment, ensuring performance, reliability, and usability.
- Define and track product KPIs such as automation rate, accuracy, efficiency gains, and user adoption.
AI, Data & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and data-driven features to improve automation, insight generation, and decision support.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data experts to define requirements for model integration, data flows, and feedback loops.
- Ensure Responsible AI practices — transparency, compliance, and explainability in AI-powered modules.
- Stay current on AI, automation, and accounting tech trends to continuously drive innovation.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main link between technical teams and business stakeholders in Switzerland and other regions.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across teams, ensuring clarity of scope, priorities, and dependencies.
- Engage regularly with finance experts and process owners to validate business requirements and gather user feedback.
- Prepare progress updates, presentations, and demos for leadership and internal clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical & Product Skills
- Proven experience in Product Management or Product Ownership for digital platforms or enterprise tools.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, automation, and data-driven product development.
- Knowledge of accounting or finance workflows (P2P, O2C, R2R, G2G, consolidation) is a strong plus.
- Ability to define clear product requirements and acceptance criteria in collaboration with technical teams.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in tech-driven or B2B environments.
- Proven success managing cross-functional development teams.
- Experience delivering data-intensive or AI-based products is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics and feedback to guide decisions.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, delivery-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Curious and open to continuous learning, especially around AI and digital transformation topics.
Team & Environment:
- Initial team: 4 FTEs (+ 1 UX/UI), scaling to 10-12 FTEs with phased APAC/LATAM support.
- Hybrid role reporting to the Head of AI, working closely with finance experts, developers and other key stakeholders.
- Based in Barcelona, with potential collaboration on international projects.
