Must-have Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• +6 years of experience building and maintaining enterprise web applications
• Strong skills in React, Next.js, and Node.js (SSR & CSR) with focus on UX and quality
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Experience with UI component libraries and CI/CD pipelines
• Awareness of best practices in:
• Security (e.g., OWASP)
• Web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse)
• SEO techniques
• Accessibility standards (WCAG)
