Our client is a global technology leader, present in Romania for over 20 years through the development of a Group Engineering Competence Centre (ECC). Operating from Bucharest, the company delivers solutions across several core business areas, including ground transportation, space, defence, security, and aeronautics.

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Lead who will be responsible for providing technical guidance to a development squad working on a new internal tool designed to monitor chemical products used at the client’s sites.

This position is available exclusively in Bucharest, follows a hybrid work model, and involves a full-time employment contract (CIM).

Key Responsabilities:

• Participate in the development of the new tool’s module
• Ensure deliverables are tracked and aligned with the development schedule
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development squad
• Deliverables will be aligned with the strategies and requirements defined by the Tribe Tech Lead, the Tech Lead, and the Product Owner (PO) of the tool’s module.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Java or Kotlin
• React or Angular
• Experience with any cloud provider
• Spring Boot
• Microservices Architecture
