Requirements
- Cerinte
- Student sau absolvent (minim nivel Bachelor) in Computer Engineering sau Computer Sciences.
- Cunostinte solide in AI, software engineering, analiza de date si management baze de date.
- Abilitati bune de programare si comunicare.
- Nivel foarte bun de engleza (minim B2); cunoasterea limbilor Arabica, Franceza sau Germana reprezinta un plus.
- Dorinta de a invata si curiozitate fata de tehnologiile AI aplicate in Life Science.
- Responsabilitati principale
- Dezvoltarea si ajustarea modelelor ML si NLP pentru extragerea si clasificarea datelor.
- Prelucrarea si curatarea seturilor de date structurate si nestructurate (texte medicale, PDF-uri, rapoarte).
- Experimentarea cu framework-uri open-source si adaptarea modelelor pentru nevoi specifice.
- Evaluarea si compararea performantelor modelelor cu seturi de date de validare.
- Colaborarea cu echipele de inginerie pentru integrarea modelelor in sisteme si API-uri existente.
- Documentarea logicii modelelor, metricilor de performanta si considerentelor de conformitate.
