Role Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient back-end services using Golang.
• Participate in architectural design and review processes to ensure scalability, resilience, and cost-effectiveness.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Implement and manage Kafka-based systems for real-time data processing.
• Advocate for best practices in software engineering, including agile methodologies and automated testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the stability and performance of the platform.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years experience with Golang.
• Strong expertise in event-driven systems, microservices, and REST API design.
• Experience with cloud technologies, CI/CD, and DevOps tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
