Position Overview

We are shaping the user experience for our AI agents by building interfaces that enable every employee to interact seamlessly with data and intelligence. As a UX Developer, you will design and develop responsive, intuitive chat and dashboard experiences that combine the power of AI with the ease of modern digital interfaces. Collaborating closely with designers, Integration developers, and AI developers, you will help define the digital face of our internal AI ecosystem, ensuring our solutions are both engaging and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Build conversational UIs and dashboards using React, Next.js, and TypeScript,
• Integrate with Azure-hosted APIs and real-time LLM endpoints via REST or WebSockets,
• Develop secure authentication flows using MSAL.js or Entra ID,
• Collaborate with designers to deliver polished, accessible, and consistent user experiences,
• Create reusable UI components and contribute to our internal design system,
• Implement telemetry and feedback loops with Application Insights to improve UX and model responses.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Master/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar education,
• 3+ years of experience with React / Next.js and TypeScript,
• Strong knowledge of Azure App Services, Static Web Apps, or Power Pages,
• Proficiency in modern UI frameworks,
• Understanding of AI interaction design – chat UX, context windows, and user feedback loops,
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, Teams SDK, and integration into M365 experiences,
• Experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps CI/CD workflows,
• Experience in agile methodologies,
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
  
  

Meriting Skills

• Experience embedding Azure OpenAI endpoints into front-end apps,
• Familiarity with UX research, motion design, or conversational interface patterns,
• Understanding of security best practices for data privacy and content rendering.
