Be the first dedicated project management consultant in the Dutch office.

• Salary: Upto €75,000
• Level: Experienced - high mid / senior level
• Locations: Utrecht area hybrid would be preferred. Must have right to work in the Netherlands and be based there - inability to sponsor.

Does this sound like your experience?

Identity & Access Management (IGA, CIAM, PAM...) project management experience not needed, but desired! Perhaps you're someone who's worked in adjacent industries with complex implementations - e.g. ERP or large scale software transformation projects.

• You're a fluent Dutch speaker - this is essential
• 4+ years as a project manager in complex projects in IAM, Cyber or IT - e.g. ERP etc.
• You're able to work independently as the first dedicated project management consultant in the Netherlands office

What you'll be doing - Project Manager - Identity and Access Management

You'll be part of an international group of 200+ experts in Identity & Access Management across Europe joining them as a project manager & service delivery consultant, to ensure successful project outcomes and strong client & service delivery.

Your role will cover planning, execution, resource allocation, milestone tracking & overseeing and managing ongoing service delivery and improvement plans as the primary point of contact for customers.

You'll have other project manager & service delivery colleagues in other regions, as well as a few business consultants in your Dutch team who will be closely aligned with your role.

It's likely a lot of your involvement will involve the delivery of One Identity & Okta IAM solutions (and more) due to current success and demand there.

Future?

They're open to ideas and have genuine scope for people to shape their career, but as the first 'dedicated' project manager in the region, it's very much yours to shape how things grow from there.

Because the Dutch team are still growing (~12 people), if you're someone who wants to be part of shaping and influencing this as things evolve, they'd love that! You'll fit right in if you're someone who wants to create opportunities, can be independent etc.
