Join our client’s team working on the Payment Services Directive implementation project, within the Open Banking Development Hub. The team is shaping and delivering modern digital API services focused on business banking customers. You will contribute to the development of a new, common API platform serving customers across multiple Nordic countries.
You’ll be part of a dedicated Agile team located in Poland and the Nordic region, collaborating closely with other experts in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Responsibilities You'll Have
- Design, develop, and maintain backend and full-stack solutions supporting Open Banking API services
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape new digital banking capabilities
- Work with microservice-based architectures using Java 21 and Spring Boot
- Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability through best engineering practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
- Support integration with systems across multiple Nordic markets
- 4+ years of recent commercial experience in software development, preferably within large corporate environments
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a team-oriented setup
- Solid knowledge of Java 21, Spring Boot, Microservices, Oracle, GIT, Maven, and Jenkins
- Experience with Java Reactive programming, Hibernate/JPA
- Knowledge of TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (Angular or React)
- Experience in building highly available applications
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and MQ
