- Oyun boyunca oyuncu deneyimini sürekli analiz edip geliştirmek
- En az 4 yıl oyun tasarımı deneyimi
- Sistem tasarımı, seviye tasarımı, oyun ekonomisi ve mekanik tasarımı konularında güçlü bilgi
Co-op (çok oyunculu) oyunlarda deneyim sahibi adaylar öncelikli olarak değerlendirilecektir.
