You’ll be part of a dedicated R&D department focused on building and operating a self-serve data platform designed for storing, modelling, and distributing large-scale time series data efficiently.

What You’ll Work On

• Building backend services and tools powering the firm’s data platform
• Infrastructure hosted on Google Cloud Platform using Kubernetes, Docker, and GoCD for CI/CD
• Core development in Python; familiarity with Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript is a plus
• Choosing the right protocols and interfaces (OpenAPI, GraphQL, gRPC) for the task at hand
• Most developers use Mac or Linux machines, provided by the company

What We’re Looking For

• BSc or MSc in Software Engineering (or similar)
• 2+ years of experience building services in a cloud-native environment
• Strong experience with Python and backend development
• Familiarity with multiple programming languages is an advantage
• Passion for scalable systems and modern cloud infrastructure
• Collaborative team player who enjoys staying updated with new tools and technologies
