Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon

We are excited to invite applications for the position of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and addressing a variety of conditions affecting the mouth, jaw, and face through surgical intervention. This includes performing complex surgeries such as dental implants, wisdom tooth extractions, and trauma surgeries in a manner that prioritizes patient safety and comfort.

You will work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of each patient. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough examinations to assess patients' surgical needs and create diagnostic plans
• Formulate and execute individualized surgical treatment plans
• Perform a range of surgical procedures with precision and care
• Oversee the pre-operative and post-operative management of patients
• Collaborate with dental and medical specialists to provide holistic patient care
• Educate patients on surgical options and recovery processes
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
  
  

Requirements

• D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or D.M.D. (Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry) from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
• Board certification and an active state dental license
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery
• Strong proficiency in a broad range of surgical techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
• Commitment to continuous education and staying updated on the latest advancements in the field
