We are looking for a talented AI Tech Developer to focus on creating scalable AI applications that enhance product functionality and value, delivering intelligent automation and predictive analytics to support business goals and improve user experience, while ensuring high reliability, accuracy, and performance of AI-powered product features.

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Design, implement & optimize machine learning models and AI algorithms.
• Preprocess & analyze large, diverse data sets for actionable insights.
• Integrate AI solutions & Natural Language processing into products and platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science & product management teams to align technical developments with business strategy.
• Test, validate and monitor the performance of AI systems in real-world scenarios.
• Document workflows, code and architecture for maintainability and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI or Machine Learning development, preferably with exposure to consumer products or IoT applications
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or other relevant programming languages such as Java, C++, or R.
• Proven experience deploying AI solutions in a production environment
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with rapid prototyping
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and ML operations tools (e.g., MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools is a plus.
