About this Position This role leads process excellence across New Product Introduction (NPI), digital transformation, and master data management to drive operational efficiency, compliance, and innovation. It partners cross-functionally to optimize systems, streamline data, and enable scalable, high-quality product launches.
What You´ll Do
What You´ll Do
- Optimize and harmonize NPI processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
- Define and maintain governance frameworks, workflows, and documentation standards for NPI.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement KPIs, dashboards, and process improvements.
- Support cross-functional teams in applying best practices and ensuring right-first-time data.
- Drive simplification of the NPI portfolio through reuse and variant reduction.
- Lead adoption and optimization of digital tools across R&D, supply chain, and regulatory functions.
- Champion data-driven decision-making through dashboards, automation, and analytics.
- Partner with IT and digital teams to pilot and scale innovative digital solutions.
- Ensure high-quality master data creation, governance, and maintenance across functions.
- Monitor data quality KPIs and secure regulatory-compliant data for smooth launches.
- Process Orientation: Proven ability to streamline workflows and drive process standardization.
- Digital & Data Mindset: Skilled in leveraging digital tools and analytics (e.g., SAP, PLM) to optimize operations.
- R&D Digitalization Experience: Hands-on experience executing digital strategies in scientific environments, including design of experiments and AI tools.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on data accuracy, compliance, and governance standards.
- Collaboration & Influence: Effective communicator with the ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactive in identifying gaps and implementing sustainable, scalable solutions.
