We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is responsible for supervising a team, managing day-to-day campaign operations, analyzing performance, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate combines hands-on digital marketing expertise with leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Supervise the creation, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search, display, and paid advertising.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines, messaging, and business objectives.
- Coordinate with content, design, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists or coordinators.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure team performance and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Analytics & Performance Management:
- Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROI).
- Identify areas for optimization and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Present performance insights and campaign recommendations to senior management.
- Strategy Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop and refine digital strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends, digital tools, and emerging platforms.
- Support the implementation of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
