Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is responsible for supervising a team, managing day-to-day campaign operations, analyzing performance, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate combines hands-on digital marketing expertise with leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
    • Supervise the creation, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search, display, and paid advertising.
    • Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines, messaging, and business objectives.
    • Coordinate with content, design, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists or coordinators.
    • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure team performance and professional growth.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Analytics & Performance Management:
    • Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROI).
    • Identify areas for optimization and recommend data-driven improvements.
    • Present performance insights and campaign recommendations to senior management.
  • Strategy Support:
    • Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop and refine digital strategies.
    • Stay current with industry trends, digital tools, and emerging platforms.
    • Support the implementation of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing strategies.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
