About the Role

We’re building an intelligent trading product that blends AI, data science, and financial insight to redefine how traders make decisions.You’ll be part of a small, high-impact team working on applied AI systems that analyze market behaviour, risk, and human decision patterns — bridging finance and technology in real time.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement AI-driven logic for decision analysis and prediction in trading environments.

• Work with real-time data streams and API integrations (financial market platforms, pricing, and analytics).

• Collaborate with product and strategy teams to translate abstract trading ideas into machine intelligence.

• Build scalable backend modules that can learn, adapt, and provide contextual recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in AI/ML, data science, or computational finance.

• Proficiency in Python (TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-Learn / FastAPI).

• Understanding of financial markets, algorithmic trading, or quantitative modelling.

• Ability to work independently and think strategically in product terms, not just code execution.

• Curiosity to explore AI-human interaction in financial decision-making.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating with MetaTrader, cTrader, or other trading APIs.

• Familiarity with OpenAI API, LangChain, or vector databases.

• Previous work on AI recommendation or risk systems.
