Key Responsibilities:
- Support data-driven decision-making through the collection, analysis, and interpretation of healthcare and financial data.
- Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and performance indicators using business intelligence tools.
- Contribute to cost-effectiveness studies, utilization reviews, and healthcare trend analyses.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and actuarial modeling to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Health Economics, Finance, and Operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain data quality, ensure accuracy, and support process automation initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Health Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or Python is an advantage.
- Interest in healthcare analytics and understanding of insurance or healthcare systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- UAEN (Family B required).
