The Role:
As a Full-Stack Web Developer, you’ll work closely with our Creative, Digital Marketing and Development teams to turn high-fidelity designs into highly polished, interactive digital experiences. Your code will power exceptional digital solutions, and your attention to detail will ensure every project is seamless, accessible, and impactful.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Translating high-fidelity designs into functional and award-worthy web applications.
- Developing custom Drupal modules, managing WordPress themes, and creating custom plugins.
- Using Git for version control, managing branches, merges, and releases.
- Building and sending HTML emails across email marketing platforms.
- Ensuring WCAG compliance and implementing performance optimization techniques.
- Integrating third-party APIs for smooth data flow across platforms.
- Documenting code to ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborating in an Agile environment with designers, developers, SEO strategists, and account managers.
- Managing CI/CD pipelines with tools like Pantheon, AWS Amplify, and Vercel.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 5 years of experience in responsive and adaptive web development
- A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field from a recognized post-secondary institute or relevant work experience.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript (Next.JS, React, Vanilla JS), jQuery, Drupal, WordPress, PHP, CSS/Theming, and Shopify.
- Strong knowledge of Drupal theme layers and WordPress best practices.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like Drupal and WordPress, as well as e-commerce platforms like Shopify is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Drupal theme layers and WordPress best practices.
- Proficiency with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines. (Dev-Test-Live workflows, deployments, Pantheon, AWS Amplify, Vercel Etc.).
- Comprehensive knowledge of performance optimization techniques, web accessibility, and WCAG standards.
- HTML emails creation and sending.
- Experience working with Foundation / Bootstrap or similar CSS frameworks.
