We’re looking for a Senior UX / UI Designer who’s passionate about creating intuitive, engaging digital experiences that truly solve customer problems. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire design process — from research and ideation to polished, production-ready interfaces.
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and customers to turn complex requirements into delightful, user-centered solutions. If you love design sprints, live in Figma, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment — we’d love to meet you.
What will your main responsibilities look like?
- Lead the full UX/UI design process — from user research to high-fidelity delivery.
- Plan and run design sprints to quickly uncover customer needs, validate ideas, and ensure solutions fit real-world workflows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into exceptional product experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Use and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
- Mentor and support other designers while promoting design best practices across the organization.
- Stay current on emerging UX trends, accessibility standards, and design technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field — or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma — you know components, prototyping, and collaboration inside out.
- Experience planning and facilitating design sprints and rapid prototyping sessions.
- Strong grasp of responsive design, interaction design, and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your end-to-end design process and real-world impact.
- A creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of human-centered design and user workflow integration for B2B customers.
- Strong visual design sense and attention to detail — you care about the pixels and the big picture.
- Excellent communicator who can explain design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
- Self-motivated and organized, with a passion for building great user experiences.
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as Replit.
