L'Accompagnateur(trice) Agile agit comme un facilitateur, unmentor et un guide pour aider l’organisation à atteindre leurs objectifs afin d'accélérer l'adoption et l'amélioration continue des pratiques Agile au sein de l'organisation. Il(Elle) participe à poursuivre la mise en place et à faire évoluer la culture d’Agilité par l’utilisation du cadre SAFe.
Responsabilités
- S’impliquer activement dans l’évolution du CPA (Centre de Performance Agile) ;
- Participer à la propagation, à l’amélioration et à l’uniformisation des pratiques Agile dans un environnement organisationnel où l’Agilité est à différents niveaux de maturité ;
- Accompagner l'organisation dans sa transformation Agile ;
- Accompagner l’organisation, les équipes et les individus dans leur développement des compétences Agile, en leur fournissant des conseils, du feedback et des outils ;
- Participer à l’élaboration de la Vision de l’organisation en matière d’Agilité à l’échelle et à la mise en œuvre des actions pour l’atteindre ;
- Contribuer à créer une culture d'apprentissage, d'amélioration continue et de collaboration au sein de l'organisation ;
- Éliminer les obstacles et favoriser un environnement propice à une dynamique d’équipe hautement performante, à un flux continu et à une amélioration continue ;
- Participer aux efforts de gestion du changement ;
- Participer à l’évolution des orientations pour la communautés Agile de l’organisation ;
- Conseiller, accompagner et supporter la Gestion dans la compréhension, l’adoption et la mise en place de l’Agilité à l’échelle.
- Posséder au minimum dix (10) années d’expérience professionnelle pertinente ;
- Détenir une certification PSM1 (Professionnal Scrum Master 1) ou CSM (Certified Scrum Master) ;
- Détenir la certification Leading Safe ou SPC (Safe Program Consultant) ;
- Posséder 6 années d'expérience en agilité ;
- Posséder 3 années d'expérience comme coach agile ;
- Posséder 3 années d'expérience avec l'outil Azure DevOps ou Jira pour la gestion du backlog d'une équipe, dont minimalement 1 années avec Azure DevOps ;
- Avoir réalisé 3 projets dans un rôle Agile ;
- Avoir réalisé 2 projets à titre de coach Agile ;
- Avoir réalisé 1 projet à titre de formateur Agile ;
- Avoir réalisé 2 projets d'accompagnement de transformation vers l'Agilité à l'échelle.
