Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day IT support and helpdesk operations.
- Set up and configure laptops/desktops for new joiners.
- Maintain asset inventory and update documentation.
- Support troubleshooting for hardware/software/network issues.
- Assist with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint administration.
- Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades or migration projects.
- Provide user training or create user guides where needed.
- Exposure to real-world enterprise IT environment.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ManageEngine).
- Basic knowledge of system administration (Windows, Active Directory).
- Understanding ITIL processes and incident/change management.
- Gain communication skills in a professional workplace.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of operating systems and networking.
- Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Internship duration minimum 3 months
