- Provide office administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organisation including managing office supplies, stationeries, incoming mails, verification of invoices and payment for invoices
- Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors
- Responsible for recruitment process including advertising, interview, selection, on-boarding,off-boarding, payroll etc
- Maintain proper documentation of employee records, work pass application/renewal/cancellation of foreign employees and assist in all human resource functions and administrative matters of the company
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of human resource management experience is required for this position
- Familiar with Employment Act and HR-related policies
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good command of spoken, written English and ability to deal with all issues of foreign workers
